YLJV Jelly candy vacuum cooker consist of dissolving tank ,heating system storage tank and vacuum cooker ,It is the most advanced jelly candy vacuum cooker. 

The jelly candy vacuum cooker  suitable for cooking of gelatin, pectin agar, carrageenan and other modified starch for jelly production. The vacuum cooker is consist of Pre-Cooker, vacuum chamber,Dosing pump,Unloading pump and automatic control system of the syrup to make high quality syrup.The material touched with food is food grade 304 stainless steel. It is the best way to use this cooker connect with jelly candy depositing production line.
