Servo Driver Candy Flow Packing Machine                                                                                                                                        

High Speed Pillow Packing Machine is suitable for small packaging of candies and chocolates of various shapes. It is suitable for packaging candies and chocolates with regular shapes, such as spherical, button, oval, square, rectangular, etc. High Speed Pillow Packing Machine is controlled by 3units servo systems, one servo system controls the cutter, one servo system controls the film feeding, and the last servo system controls the material feeding. The full servo control system can accurately control every action to achieve high-speed, high-quality perfect packaging. High Speed Pillow Packing Machine is equipped with a vibrating feeding system, which conveys the candies to the feeding disc system to realize fully automatic candies and chocolate feeding. The machine controls the length of the packaging film through the Photoelectric Sensors to adjust various packaging requirements.
