Product Description

Bubble Gum Blender with Screw Extrusion                                                                                                                                         

This screw extruder is an ideal equipment for kneading, mixing, curing, and polymerizing high viscosity elastoplastic materials.
Suitable for food adhesives, pharmaceutical preparations, etc. Two blades are used, arranged in a tangential differential parallel configuration, with one impeller having a low speed and the other having a slow speed. In order to generate shear stress, different blade speeds quickly shear the mixed material, allowing for uniform mixing.
